All products will be shipped out from our center in Taiwan, via EMS express mail or International parcel delivered by post office. If the EMS service does not apply to your country. Please allow us through other shipping method (International parcel ) or cancel transaction.
We process shipment from Monday to Friday except public holidays. All orders will dispatch within 3 days after payment is received. Express mail service will usually take within 4 to 7 working days to arrive for most countries and 5 to 10 working days for Southern America, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe.
International parcel get from 10 - 20 days depending on the delivery location.
We make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time. The actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.
If your product(s) have not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
After your order has been shipped out from our center, we will email you the tracking number where you can conveniently track online the whereabouts of your order.
We does not charge any customs duties on international shipments, but you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

If you received a damaged parcel, please contact us, we may be able to file a damage claim with the Post Office. Keep all wrapping, packaging materials, invoices and the damaged item.

The addressee contact their Postal Administration must complete a CN24 Damage Report (detailing the damage report ).
We may need 15-30 days or more to handling a damaged or lost item.
All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, or your product is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in getting the goods repaired or replaced. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you bought the wrong product or you want to return the goods, please fill in the return RMA within 7 days from the next day of arrival.
1. Within the 7 days receive order items back to us with the original new condition.
A order total 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
2. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use.
A order total 50% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee.
